ABOUT ME

My Path to Nutritional Therapy

Hi, I’m Annie — Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, health advocate, and someone who truly understands what it feels like to be disconnected from your body. But here’s something you might not know about me…

Before I became wildly well, I was just… wild. For years, I lived the fast-paced, late-night, big-party lifestyle. It was fun. It was carefree. It was everything you do in your twenties when you feel invincible. Until my body started whispering. Then shouting: Digestive issues. Bloating. Fatigue. Brain fog. Hormonal chaos. A body that just didn’t feel right.

I went to conventional doctors looking for answers — and left with more confusion than clarity. My labs were “normal.” My symptoms were brushed off. I was told stress was the problem… or that maybe this was just how my body was. But deep down, I knew there had to be more. So I took my health into my own hands.

I started learning about functional nutrition. I began understanding digestion, blood sugar balance, stress physiology, sleep, and nutrient deficiencies. I shifted from a lifestyle that was draining me to one that was deeply nourishing me. I didn’t just tone down my “wild” energy — I redirected it. I became wildly intentional. Wildly committed. Wildly holistic.

Instead of masking symptoms, I began supporting my body the way it was designed to function. Through nutrient-dense food, lifestyle shifts, high-quality supplementation, and consistent daily habits, my body slowly began to restore itself.

My gut healed. My energy returned. My mind became clear. Inflammation decreased. I felt grounded, vibrant, and strong. That transformation changed everything. And it’s why I’m here.

Now, I strive to help others who feel frustrated, dismissed, or overwhelmed by their health take back control — not through extremes or restriction, but through foundational, root-cause support that actually works. Because I’ve been on both sides. And I know how powerful it feels to reclaim your body.

Welcome to Wildly Well.

Beyond My Practice

When I’m not working with clients, I’m living the Wildly Well life right alongside you. I’m a big believer in walking the talk. Most days include movement — whether that’s the gym or hitting my 10k steps — because taking care of my body is something I genuinely love, not something I force.

You’ll usually find me wandering farmers markets, browsing health food stores like they’re my happy place, or experimenting in the kitchen. I love baking sourdough, creating nourishing meals from scratch, and turning simple ingredients into something that fuels both body and soul. At home, life revolves around my sweet pup Harley and my fiancé David — my steady, supportive partner in this journey.

These days, fun looks a little different for me. I still love connection and adventure, but now it’s farmers markets, outdoor walks, trying new restaurants, fitness classes, concerts and festivals, and anything that excites us and nourishes us.

Wildly Well isn’t just what I teach. It’s how I live. 🌿✨

My Approach: The Foundations of Health

My approach is built on what Nutritional Therapy calls "The Foundations of Health." These are the five cornerstones of wellness that, when properly supported, allow health to flow naturally.

Nutrient-Dense Diet

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

Optimal Digestion

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

Blood Sugar Regulation

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

Quality Sleep

Adequate, quality sleep is essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

Stress Management

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.

When these foundations are strong and balanced, they create a synergy that allows your body to thrive naturally. Think of them as the roots of a tree—when nourished properly, they support vibrant growth above.

My role is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that's tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we'll explore how each of these areas impacts your health and develop strategies to optimize them.

This approach isn't about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It's about creating a robust foundation for lasting health, giving your body the support it needs to function at its best.

My approach is:

Investigative: We'll dig deep to uncover the root causes of your health concerns, not just mask symptoms

Personalized: Your plan will be as unique as you are, adapted to your body, lifestyle, and goals

Evidence-informed: Grounded in current nutritional science, yet flexible enough to honor your body's individual responses

Empowering: My goal is to educate and support you in becoming the expert on your own body

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I take a whole-body, foundational approach to wellness. That means we focus on:

Nutrient-dense, properly prepared foods

Supporting digestion and gut health

Stabilizing blood sugar

Improving sleep quality

Regulating stress

Building sustainable lifestyle habits

Strategic supplementation when needed

Healing is not about perfection.
It’s about consistency, education, and giving your body what it’s been missing.
